How To cancel an order:
All orders placed on shoparc.in are dispatched within 24 hours. Buyers can cancel the order if the order is not shipped. Once shipped order cannot be cancelled.
Damaged on arrival:
We take full responsibility for damaged items. We need a PARCEL OPENING VIDEO as soon as you receive the product, to honor damaged on arrival claims. Also, the claim has to be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. In case the claim is raised after this period we cannot honor such claims.
As soon as you receive the parcel, please take a package opening video, if it is damaged, please send us a message on WhatsApp at +919038132913 or email care@shoparc.in.
Once we receive your claim, we will arrange pickup and replace the damaged product with a new product at our cost.
Faulty manufacturing or broken after use (What is your warranty):
We offer 15 days warranty on all our products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. In case of physical damage or misuse of the product, the warranty is voided.
In case of manufacturing defects, we will arrange pickup and replace the same at our cost, within 7 working days of the complaint being approved by our official customer chat support.

They changed their mind:
We do offer refunds in case buyer has changed their mind, this is covered by this scenario

Order is not dispatched: in this case, we will refund 100% of the order value to the buyer. This policy does not apply to custom-made items.
For an exchange:
We do not offer exchanges for products that have been delivered.
Or it's a wrong product:
We take full responsibility in case a wrong product has been delivered to you. We need PARCEL OPENING VIDEO as soon as you receive the product, to honor wrong product delivered claims. Also, the claim has to be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. In case the claim is raised post this period we cannot honour such claims.
